Abstract

Educational quality management is a strategic effort to ensure the implementation of an effective, efficient, and continuously improving educational process. Quality serves as a benchmark for the success of educational institutions in producing competent graduates who are able to adapt to the changing times. Through the implementation of quality management, educational institutions can optimally integrate all available resources to meet the needs of students, society, and the workforce. This article discusses the fundamental concepts of educational quality management, its implementation principles, and the factors that influence its success within schools. The results of the study show that educational quality management must be based on both internal and external quality assurance systems, continuous quality control, and the involvement of all educational stakeholders.
