1. General Information:

• AL-BAHTS is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Postgraduate Program of Law at the Islamic University of Indragiri.
• AL-BAHTS welcomes submissions of original research articles, theoretical discussions, and practical insights related to various fields of law.
• Manuscripts should be written in Indonesian or English and should adhere to the journal's formatting guidelines.

2. Manuscript Submission:

• Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically through the online submission system available on the AL-BAHTS website.
• The submission should include a cover letter, author information (name, affiliation, contact details), an abstract, keywords, and the main manuscript document.
• The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and prepared according to the AL-BAHTS template.

3. Manuscript Preparation:

4. Peer Review Process:

• All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high quality and academic integrity.
• The review process is anonymous and involves a double-blind review, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
• The review period may vary, and authors will be informed of the outcome (acceptance, revision, or rejection) in a timely manner.

5. Publication Ethics:

• Authors are expected to adhere to high ethical standards in their research and writing.
• Plagiarism, fabrication of data, and other forms of unethical behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Authors should ensure that their work has not been previously published or submitted to other journals simultaneously.

6. Article Processing Charges (APC):

• AL-BAHTS requires the payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted manuscript.
• The current APC is 250,000 Indonesian Rupiah or 25 USD.
• Detailed instructions for the APC payment will be provided to authors upon acceptance.

7. Copyright and Licensing:

• Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, granting AL-BAHTS the right to publish and distribute the manuscript.
• AL-BAHTS publishes articles under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
