Kepemimpinan Profetik Sebagai Strategi Penguatan Psychological Well-Being Guru Di Tengah Transformasi Pendidikan

Educational transformation characterized by technological developments, changes in professional demands, and learning dynamics requires teachers to possess adequate psychological readiness in carrying out their duties and roles. This study aims to analyze prophetic leadership as a strategy for strengthening teachers' psychological well-being amidst educational transformation. This study employs a literature review method by examining and synthesizing various relevant scientific sources, including journals, books, and academic articles related to prophetic leadership, psychological well-being, and educational transformation. The findings of the review indicate that psychological well-being is an important factor influencing teachers' motivation, performance, adaptability, and professional sustainability. The values of prophetic leadership, including siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah, play a role in building a positive work environment, strengthening trust, improving interpersonal relationships, and encouraging teachers' self-development. In addition, prophetic leadership is able to help teachers face pressures, uncertainties, and changes that arise in the process of educational transformation. The synthesis of various literatures also indicates that the implementation of prophetic values contributes to the sustainable strengthening of teachers' psychological well-being. Therefore, prophetic leadership can serve as a relevant strategy for strengthening teachers' psychological well-being in supporting the realization of adaptive, humanistic, and sustainable education.
