Konvergensi Psikologi Manajemen Dan Kepemimpinan Islam Dalam Mewujudkan Organisasi Bekinerja Tinggi

This study aims to analyze the convergence of management psychology and Islamic leadership in realizing high-performance organizations. The study is motivated by the importance of human resource management that not only focuses on productivity aspects but also emphasizes moral and spiritual dimensions within organizations. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through documentation studies from various scientific sources, including books, journal articles, and previous research related to management psychology, Islamic leadership, and high-performance organizations. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and interpretatively by identifying, classifying, and synthesizing concepts relevant to the research focus. The findings indicate that management psychology and Islamic leadership are complementary approaches in organizational management. Management psychology contributes to understanding and developing individual behavior through motivation, emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, Islamic leadership provides value-based guidance through the principles of trustworthiness (amanah), justice, consultation (shura), and exemplary conduct, which serve as moral foundations in leadership practices. The convergence of these two approaches contributes to the development of productive, adaptive, and integrity-based organizational cultures that promote collective welfare. Therefore, the integration of management psychology and Islamic leadership can serve as an effective strategy for building high-performance organizations that excel not only in achieving organizational goals but also in maintaining strong ethical and spiritual foundations in addressing contemporary organizational challenges.
