Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of management psychology and Islamic leadership in improving the effectiveness of educational institution organization. The main focus is directed at how the synergy between psychological approaches and Islamic leadership values can shape organizational behavior that is more adaptive, ethical, and sustainable. This research employs a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data were collected through a systematic search of relevant literature from nationally accredited SINTA journals, reputable international journals, and methodological books published between 2019 and 2026. Sources were obtained from Google Scholar, Garuda, and Scopus databases using documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis involving reduction, classification, interpretation, and thematic synthesis based on PRISMA guidelines. The findings reveal that the integration of management psychology and Islamic leadership significantly contributes to the development of a healthy organizational culture in educational institutions. Management psychology plays a key role in enhancing motivation, communication, job satisfaction, and human resource management effectiveness. Meanwhile, Islamic leadership strengthens the moral dimension through the principles of trustworthiness (amanah), justice, consultation (shura), and exemplary conduct. The synergy of both approaches produces a more participatory, transparent, and quality-oriented organizational system with a strong emphasis on sustainability. In addition, this integration improves educator loyalty, strengthens leadership legitimacy, and creates a conducive working environment. This study concludes that the integration of management psychology and Islamic leadership represents a strategic model for optimizing the effectiveness of educational organization management. This model not only enhances organizational performance but also reinforces spiritual values in educational management practices. Therefore, this integrative approach is relevant for addressing the challenges of globalization without neglecting Islamic ethical principles
