Pengaruh Pemberian Dosis Ekstrak Daun Ketapang (Terminalia catappa) Terhadap Kelulushidupan Ikan Patin (Pangasius pangasius) Pada Fase Pendederan

Abstract

This research was carried out in February to March 2017 in the Aquaculture laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture University of Islam Indragiri. This research aims to know the influence of dosing leaf extract of T. catappa against survival rate of Pangasius pangasius on nursery phase. The results of this research are expected to be the fishing effort so that information for utilizing the leaf extract of T. catappa to prevent death in the nursery phase in order to have a high level of survival rate. Research methods using a complete Randomized design experiments (RAL) on three treatment i.e. 70 g, 80 g and 90 g with 3 replicates and 1 control. The results showed F_calculate < F_table (1.75 < 5.14) at the 95% level of confidence. This means that the use of the extract dose T. catappa leaves no effect significantly to survival rate P. pangasius.
