PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA DAN JENJANG PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT TEMPULING KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of whether Work Facilities and Education Levels influence the performance of employees at the Tempuling Sub-District Office, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The location of the study was conducted at the Tempuling Sub-District Office with its address in Sungai Salak Sub-District, Tempuling District, while the research time was estimated at Six Months. In this study, the type of data used consisted of primary and secondary data, with data from the Tempuling Sub-District Office. The sample in this study were 54 Tempuling District Office Officials. For data processing or data analysis using SPSS Version 20.00 for windows.
From the results of research on the Effect of Work Facilities and Education Levels on Employee Performance at the Tempuling District Office obtained linear regression equations with multiple linear regression, Y = 6.623 + 0.677 X1 + 0.048 X2. Based on the results of tests conducted with the t test (partial), i.e. (a) Work Facilities Variables have a t count of 8,263> t tables which is 2.007 Means that there is an influence between the Work Facilities and Education Level variables on employee performance at the Tempuling Sub-District Office, (b) Variable Level of Education has a t count of 7.629> t table that is 2.007. Means there is an influence between the variable Education Level on employee performance at the Tempuling District Office. Based on the results of calculations on the simultaneous testing of Work Facilities and Education Levels is 42.444> F table 4.02, the value indicates that Work Facilities and Education Levels have a simultaneous or jointly and significantly influence on employee performance at the Tempuling District Office. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) the results obtained 62% variable Work Facilities and Education Level on performance. The remaining 38% is influenced by other variables not equalized in this study variable or influenced by other variables not included in this study.
