PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. GHS II KECAMATAN TELUK BELENGKONG KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR
Abstract
This The purpose of the research to determine the effect of work discipline and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. GHS II Teluk Belengkong Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. The number of samples is 50 people. Result of calculation with equation that is Y = 9,895 + 1,180 X1 + 0,969X2 + with coefficient of determination (R2) in get result 0,688 or 68,8%. Partial test results obtained by the variables that influence the variable Work Discipline (X1) has a value t count X1 4.852> t table 2.011 and the value of sig 0,000 <0.05. The incentive variable (X2) has a value of t count X2 5,416> t table 2.011 and the value of sig 0,000 <0,05. As for the simultaneous Testing obtained Fcount is greater than Ftabel, 51,790> 3,20 and significance value (0.000) <from alpha at 5% level or 0,05. This means that the independent variable (X) effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y).
