Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the reseach to determine the quality of health care services
affect patient satisfaction Indragiri hospital in Tembilahan and know the most
dominant variable affect in independent variables which independent variables. Data
analysis using multiple linear regression equation. The result of regression analysis for
the dependent variable of customer satisfaction obtained by equation as follows: Y =
4.306 + 0. 103 X1 + 0. 200 X2 + 0. 370 X3 + 0. 295 X4 + 0. 737X5 with value
(adjusted R2) obtained for 0.991 or 99.1% and the F value is 206,826. This is shows
that simultaneously the influence of independent variable as a whole has a dominant
value affect patient satisfaction, this is obtained from the coefficient of determination
(adjusted R2) of 0.996.
