Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the organizational culture has an effect on the performance of Office Apparatus Head District Enok Indragiri Hilir. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. Based on the F test that has been done, the value of F Calculated obtained is 409.527. The value of R Square obtained is 0.833. So big influence given by Organization Culture to Performance Apparatus Office Enok District Indragiri Hilir regency that is equal to 0,833 or 83,3%. Value 83.3% is very high and significant, but there are still other factors influencing the performance of Office Apparatus Sub-District Enok Indragiri Hilir outside the Organizational Culture factor that is equal to 16.7% and not discussed other factors in this study. The equation of simple linear regression line obtained is Y = 9,471 + 0,784X.
