Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the researvh is conducted to find an influence of achievement
motivation and incentives on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Branch of
Tembilahan. Data analysis used in the research is multiple lineier regression equations.
The results of the calculation are Y = -5.380 + 1.063X1 + 0.061X2. The results of the
R Square value are 0.866 or 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other
variables not examined. The results of the partial test or t test obtained the value of
the achievement motivation variable t count of 4.641 greater with t table of 1.699
then there is a partial effect on the performance at PT. Pegadaian branch of
Tembilahan, while the results of the incentive variable from the partial test are t count
of 0.335 greater with t table of 1.699 then there is a partial effect on the performance
at PT. Pegadaian branch of Tembilahan. While the simultaneous test or F test of the
calculated F value of 90.471 F table of 3.30 and a significant value of 0.000 can be
said that the variable achievement motivation and influential incentives together with
the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian branch of Tembilahan.
