Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the BEP analysis of the Banjar Typical Cake sales for one month( 30 day ). The analysis method used in this study was to use the Break Event Point analysis method formula. From the results of the analysis it was found that the sale of the typical banjar cake would break even or be biased or be said to not experience a loss or profit when the sales volume of 81 pcs with the amount obtained Rp.
