PENTINGNYA SARANA DAN PRASARANA TERHADAP EFISIENSI KERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS TELUK PINANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out how important the Facilities and Infrastructure are to the efficiency of the employees of the Health Cente in Teluk Pinang. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people from all of the employees. The analysis technique is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data using classical assumption testing, Multiple Linear Regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the regression equation obtained Y = 7.127 + 0.524 X1 + 0.488 X2 + e Calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained adjusted R2 value of 0.734 this means that 73.4% remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables that are not equalized in variables this research. Partial test shows that the results of tcount X1 4,785> ttable 2,004 with sig. or value 0,000 <0.05), and Variable X2 has a value of X2 9.333> ttable 2.004 with sig. or value 0,000 <0.05). Hypothesis testing together has a positive and significant effect, that the calculated F-value (170.438)> from the F-table (3.16) with a significant value of .000b. This means that the Means and Infrastructure variables together have an effect on employee efficiency at the Teluk Pinang Health Center.
