Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether Work Discipline Influences Employee Performance in the Enok Subdistrict Office Environment, Indragiri Hilir District, Does Motivation Influence Employee Performance in Enok Subdistrict Office Office, Indragiri Hilir District and Does Work Discipline and Motivation Together Affect Employee Performance in the Subdistrict Office Environment Enok Regency of Indragiri Hilir This research was conducted at the Enok District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were employees of the Enok Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir District and 30 (Thirty) people. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data types. Besides the data sources used are secondary and primary data, data collection techniques namely through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, From the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the value of equation Y = 1.094 + 0.154X1 + 0.037X2 + e, the value shows the value of two variables namely Work Discipline and Employee Motivation is positive, meaning that every time there is an Increase in Work Discipline and Motivation it will affect the performance of employees in the environment Enok District Office, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the test results of the coefficient of determination shows the adjusted R2 value of 0.696 or 69.6%, the value indicates that the Work Discipline and Motivation variables affect the performance of employees in the Enok Sub-District Office. The remaining 30.4% is influenced by other variables not equalized in the research variable. From the results of the partial test or t test, the value of (1) Work Discipline Variable (X1) has t count 3.609 <t table 2.052, this value indicates that work discipline is influential partially on employee performance at Enok Sub-district Office Environment, Indragiri Hilir Regency (2) Motivation Variable (X2) has tcount X2 3,148 <t table 2,052. This value indicates that the Motivation variable (X2) partially influences the performance of employees in the Enok Subdistrict Office Environment, Indragiri Hilir District, From the Simultaneous Test Results show that the calculated F value obtained is 14.278> of the value of F table = 2.621 this value means the Discipline variable Work and motivation together affect the performance of the Enok Sub-district Office Environment, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
