PENGARUH PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO TERHADAP KESEHATAN PERBANKAN PADA PD. BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT (BPR) GEMILANG TEMBILAHAN

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the influence of the application of risk management against the Bank Healthy at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gemilang Tembilahan. In this research used quantitative data and qualitative data. The methodh used simple regression, hypothesis testing form of koefesien determination test, parsial test and simultan test. The results showed a linear regression equation is Y = 5.674 0, 017X1.Based on the results of a test of the determination of the coefficient of that risk management has influence of 91.9% against the health of banks, and the rest was 8.1% is affected by other variables that are not mentioned in this research.By using the test in parasial earned value thitung of 5.850 whereas ttabel of 2.571 so t hitung > t tabel, then the Ha received and H0 is rejected so it can be inferred that partially influential risk management partially banking on health.Based on the results of the test are simultaneously retrieved the value F count 34,228. whereas Ftabel of 5.786 Then stated risk management variable take effect simultaneously against the health of banks.
