Abstract

The purpose of the reseach to determine whether the compensation policy pursued by the management of PT. Berkat Sawit Sejahtera Keritang District has an effect on the work productivity achieved by employees during the last few years and to know the compensation policy pursued by the management of PT. Berkat Sawit Sejahtera and what about the work productivity achieved by employees so far. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation.
