PENGARUH SISTEM UPAH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PENCAPAIAN KERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI PRODUKSI PT. TABUNG HAJI INDO PLANTATIONS WILAYAH IV NYATO ESTATE DI SIMPANG KIRI KECAMATAN PELANGIRAN KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purpose of the reseach see how the effect of wage system on employee productivity at PT. Tube Haji Indo Plantations Region IV Nyato Estate and see the model implementation of wage system at PT. Tube Haji Indo Plantations Region IV Nyato Estate that is useful to improve the productivity of its employees. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. From the results of research known that the wage system there is a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Hajj Tube Indo Plantation Indragiri Hilir Regency, this is evidenced by using t / partial test where the result t arithmetic greater than t table (10,991> 2.00). Then from the test results determination influence wage system has a strong relationship that is equal to 83.9% while the remaining 16.1% influenced by factors or other variables not mentioned in this study.
