Abstract

The purpose ofthe reseach to determine the effect of work environment on employee morale at the Mining and Energy Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. And to know the factors that can affect the working environment of employees at Mining and Energy Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. The results of research on the influence of work environment on employee morale on the Department of Mines and Energy obtained simple linear rergresi equation namely: Y = 13.079 + 1.080X. From result of determination coefficient test obtained R Square value (R2) is equal to 88% work environment influence to employee morale at Department of Mining and Energy Indragiri Hilir Regency, and the rest equal to 12% influenced by other variable not in carefully. Based on the test partially that the value of t arithmetic 14.866. With the test simultaneously obtained the value of f arithmetic 221.010.
