PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA HARIAN LEPAS JURU BERSIH JALAN PADA DINAS KEBERSIHAN, PERTAMANAN DAN PEMAKAMAN KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purpose the reseach to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of Daily Worker Officer clearance on the Department of Hygiene, Parks and Cemeteries Indragiri Hilir District. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. From result of research use simple linear regression equation that is Y = 7,333 + 0,666X. Test coefficient of determination obtained coefficient value of determination or R2 is equal to 0.769 this is means 76.9% variable performance is influenced by variable motivation. The remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables that are not synchronized in this research variable or influenced by other variables that are not meticulously. Test simultaneously obtained the value of F arithmetic in the resulting that the motivation variable is 182.648> F table 4.01. This is means that motivation simultaneously affect the performance of casual laborers at the Department of Hygiene, Gardening and Funeral of Indragiri Hilir Regency.
