PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN SMPN 1 ENOK KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to determine whether the work environment has an effect on the performance of Educators and education personnel SMPN 1 Enok Indragiri Hilir. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. Based on Test F that has been done, the value of F Calculated obtained is 504.946. The value of R Square obtained is 0.947. So big influence given by work environment to educator performance and education staff SMPN 1 Enok Indragiri Hilir regency that is equal to 0,947 or 94,7%. The value of 94.7% is very high and significant, but there are still other factors influencing the performance of educators and education personnel SMPN 1 Enok Indragiri Hilir regency outside the work environment that is 5.3% and not discussed other factors in this study. The equation of simple linear regression line obtained is Y = 7,600 + 0,542X
