PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NON ASN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PURI HUSADA TEMBILAHAN

Abstract

This research was conducted at the RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. The population consisted of 425 non ASN employees of the RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. While the data sampling technique was done by using Slovin method which showed the result of the sampling about 81 respondents. 

From the result of the research about the effect of recruitment and placement of the performance of non ASN employees, it was obtained that the multiple linear regression equation was Y= 6,623+0,677X1+0,148X2. Based on the result of the test analysis, it has beengained  the significant rate about 0,000b<0,05, and F value was 44,441 > F table was about 3,165. It meant that the Hypothesis accepted, it indicated that there was significant effect between the recruitment and placement of the performance of non ASN employees in the RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. Based on the analysis test of the coefficient of determination (R2) it was gained that 62% of the recruitment and placement to the performance. The remaining of 38% was influenced by other variables which were not equalized in this research variable or affected by another variable which was not examined in this research.
