Abstract

The purpose of this reseachis to determine whether human relationships (human relations) have an effect on the performance of employees of MTsN Enok Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. Based on Test F that has been done, the value of F Calculated obtained is 644,647. Because the value of F Count> F Table (644,647> 4,20). So it can be concluded that the Relations Humanity (Human Relations) significantly influence on Employee Performance Indocagiri Hilir MTsN Enok Indragiri Hilir. The value of R Square obtained is 0.958. So big influence given by Humanity Relations (Human Relations) to performance of employees of MTsN Enok Indragiri Hilir regency that is equal to 0,958 or 95,8%. The value of 95.8% is very high and significant, but there are still other factors influencing the performance of the employees of MTsN Enok Indragiri Hilir outside the Human Relations factor of 4.2% and not discussed other factors in this research. The equation of simple linear regression line obtained is Y = 0.294 + 0.965X.
