The purpose of the reseach to determine what Affects Customer Satisfaction / customer At PT. Aidea Tv Cable Tembilahan. Data analysis using multiple linear regression equation. The result can be concluded that tangible variable (physical proof) is Very Good because the overall average value is 4.53, Empathy variable is Very Good because the overall average value is 4,41, The Power Response variable is Very Good because the value is flat the overall value of 4.32, the Reliability Variables is Very Good because the overall average value of 4.33, Warranty or Certainty Variable is Very Good because the overall average value of 4.21 is at the interval 4.20 - 5, 0.dan Variable customer satisfaction at PT. Aidea tv Cable Tembilahan is Very Good because the overall average value is 4.51.
