PENGARUH JOB DESCRIPTION TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PT. BUMI PALMA LESTARI PERSADA KECAMATAN ENOK

Abstract

The purpose the resech to determine the effect of Job Description on work productivity at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. Based on calculation result obtained by simple linear regression equation Y = 829,521 + 56,884X + E, at coefficient of determination (R2) obtained result 0,800 or equal to 64%. While for the test results partially Job description (X) t count14,540> ttable 2.0003 so Job description variables affect the productivity of employees working part production at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District. As well as the simultaneous test it is found that Fcount> Ftable, whereas the significance (0,000) <from the alpha level is 5% or 0.005. This means that the independent variable (X) effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y).
