ANALISIS FAKTOR KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT KERITANG
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out any factors that influence the job satisfaction of Subdistrict keritang Office and to know which factor which most dominantly influence the job satisfaction of Keritang Head Office Officer. Data analysis uses multiple linier regression equations. The value of R Square is 0.740. It means Psychological Factor, Social Factor, Physical Factor, and Financial Factors influence Job Satisfaction Officer of Keritang Head Office by 0,740 or 74%. The remaining 26% is influenced by other factors not studied in this study. Psychologically, psychological factors did not significantly affect, Social factors did not significantly affect, Physical Factors did not significantly affect the Employee Satisfaction Officer of Keramat Head Office. Financial Factors did not significantly affect the Employee Satisfaction Officer of Keramat Head Office. Simultaneously, it is found that Psychological Factor, Social Factor, Physical Factor and Financial Factor influenced significantly to Employee Satisfaction Officer of Camat District Office.
