PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT. BUMI PALMA LESTARI PERSADA KECAMATAN ENOK KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purpose of the reseach to determine the effect of work environment on employee work spirit PT Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. The results of research on the influence of work environment to work spirit of PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok Subdistrict obtained simple linear rergresi equation that is Y = 15,970 + 0,607X. Based on the analysis result simultaneously or together and significant between work environment to employee morale of PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District, the value of F arithmetic amounted to 153,395> F tebel 4.00, where Ha accepted dna H0 rejected, this means the work environment simultaneously or together there influence on employee morale at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District. The result of determination coefficient test obtained value equal to 71,4% work spirit variable influenced by work environment. The remaining 28.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.
