PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI LAPAS KLAS IIA TEMBILAHAN

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of work stress on employee morale on prisons Class IIA Tembilahan. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research concluded there is a significant between work stress on employee morale, where the work stress in the environment will affect the spirit is still less than optimal. The result of calculation on linear regression line equation is Y = 1,246 + 0,851x1 + 0,361x2 and coefficient of determination (R²) obtained result 0,925 or 92,5% employee morale variable influenced by explanatory variable that is job stress. The rest is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study of 7.5%. While based on simultaneous testing of work stress variable has a value of sig 0.000. The sig value is less than the probability value 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. This means that the independent variable (X) effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y).
