PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. IVAN WISATA NUSANTARA

Abstract

The purpose the reseach to determine the effect of direct compensation and
indirect compensation to the performance of employees of PT. Ivan Wisata Nusantara.
Data analysis using multiple linear regression equation. The calculation result with the
equation is Y = 2.016 + 1.805 X1 + 0,551X2 + ℮, with the coefficient of determination
(R2) in obtaining result of 0,786 or 78,6%. Partial test results obtained by the
variables that influence is the Direct Compensation variable (X1) has a value of
tcalcount X1 4,568> t table 2.028 and the value of sig 0,000 <0.05. Indirect
Compensation Variable (X2) has a value of t count X2 2.054> t table 2.028 and sig
value 0.047 <0.05. While for the simultaneous Testing obtained Fcount is greater than
Ftabel, 64,275> 3,27 and significance value (0.000) <from alpha at 5% level or 0,05.
This means that the independent variable (X) effect simultaneously on the dependent
variable (Y).
