PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR
Abstract
This research aims to determine how the influence of physical and non physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Indragiri Hilir regency. Variables in the research consist of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable is the physical work environment and non physical work environment. While the dependent variable is Performance. The results of research on the influence of physical work environment and non physical work environment on the performance obtained linear rergresi equation is Y = 5.288 + 0.295X1 + 0.160X2. The test coefficient of determination can be seen the relationship between work environment variables both physical and non-physical to job satisfaction of 0.877 where the correlation relationship is strong enough. The value of R Square (R2) of 0.770 or 77%. This means, the change of employee performance is influenced by work environment both physical and non physical by 77% and the remaining 33% influenced by factors other than the physical work environment and non-physical work environment. Based on the test partially physical work environment and non physical work environment partially effect on performance.
