PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN UPT PUSKESMAS TEMBILAHAN KOTA

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment has an effect on the satisfaction of the employees of UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan City. Population in this research is employees of UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan City. The sample amounted to 40 people. Data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. And the type of data used from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are through interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires. From result of research about influence of work environment to job satisfaction of employees of UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan City obtained coefficient of determination (R2) is 50,1% work environment influenced job satisfaction and the rest 49,9% influenced factor other than in meticulously. Based on the t test (partial), it is calculated as 6.180> ttable 2.024, and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05. Test simultaneously (Test F) obtained significant number of 0,00 <0,05 and F table value is 38,187> f table = 3,238. Based on simple linear regression test obtained regression equation is Y = 13,570 + 0,752x.
