Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkomsel Tembilahan. The independent variable is Work Motivation while the dependent variable is Employee Productivity. The population is the employees of PT. Telkomsel Branch Tembilahan, while the sample in this research is all employees of PT. Telkomsel Branch Tembilahan of 33 people. Types of data are quantitative and qualitative data. while the data source is primary data and secondary data. In addition, data collection techniques are through interviews and submission of questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis is using SPSS (statistic product service solution) version 24 For Windows. From the research results obtained simple linear regression equation is Y = 2.625 + 0.718X. Test coefficient of determination obtained value of R Square (R2) is 0,793 this matter mean 79,3% variable of employee productivity influenced by work motivation. While the rest of 20.7% influenced by other variables that are not synchronized in this research variables or influenced by other variables that are not in carefully. It shows that Work Motivation has influence simultaneously or together or simultaneously and significant to Employee Productivity PT. Telkomsel Branch Tembilahan.
