PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PELAYANAN PADA KANTOR POS CABANG TEMBILAHAN
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the influence of education and training (Diklat) on Service Performance at Post Office Tembilahan. Data analysis using multiple linear regression equation. Based on the calculation results obtained the following equation Y = 3.102 + 0.616X1 + 0.231X2. Correlation obtained value of the relationship between education and training variables on the service performance of 0.919 where the correlation relationship is very strong. The value of R Square (R2) 0.844 or 84.4%. This means that the change in service performance is influenced by education and training of 84.4% and the remaining 15.6% is influenced by factors other than education and training. From the results of research investigated that education and training have a partial and significant influence on service performance at Post Office Tembilahan. While simultaneously education and training significantly influence the performance of services at Post Office Tembilahan.
