Abstract

            The purpose of the research is to know which factors influence the work productivity of PT. Kurnia Tunggal Nugraha Branch of Sungai Piring of Indragiri Regency and to know the analysis of the most dominant independent variable influence the dependent variable. Data analysis using multiple linear regression equation. The result of simple regression analysis for the dependent variable of work morale obtained by the equation Y = 0.990 + 0.618 X1 + 0.383 X2 with the value (adjusted R2) obtained for 0.996 or 99.6% and F arithmetic of 31.511> from F table of 3.327. The magnitude of significance of 0.000 which means smaller than 0.05. This shows that simultaneously the influence of wage and incentive variables as a whole has a dominant value in affecting employee productivity this is obtained from the coefficient of determination (adjusted r2) of 0.996 or in other words only 99.6% variation of morale variables can affect independent variable (wages) while the remaining of 0.4% influenced by factors outside the factors of independent variables referred.
