PENGARUH KUALITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA HONORER PADA DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purose the reseachis  to determine whether the quality of work  affect to the performance of honorary staff in the Office of Marine and Fisheries Indragiri Hilir Regency In Tembilahan. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. The result of simple regression analysis is obtained by the equation Y = 0,606 + 0,989 X, with significance value 0,000 which means less than 0,05, with value (adjusted R2) obtained equal to 0,977 or 97,7%. From result of F value counted 21,846> from F table equal to 3,178 which mean silmultan quality of honorary staff have an effect on honorary performance on performance energy honorer at Department of Marine and Fishery Indragiri Hilir Regency In Tembilahan. From t test that yield t count = 46,571 bigger than t value table = 2.008 which means that from quality test of honorary staff have an effect on honorary performance of Office of Marine and Fishery Indragiri Hilir Regency In Tembilahan.
