PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI UPT PUSKESMAS SUNGAI SALAK

Abstract

The purpose of the reseachs to determine the Effect of Work Environment Against Working Performance of UPT Puskesmas employees of Salak River and to find out how Employee Performance UPT Puskesmas Sungai Salak. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. From the coefficient of determination (R2) in obtaining the results of 0.676 or 67.6% work environment variables affect the Achievement of Employees of UPT Puskesmas Sungai Salak, the rest of 32.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of research on the influence of work environment on work performance of employees at UPT Puskesmas Sungai Salak obtained linear regression equation with simple linear regression Y = 7,305 + 0,839 X + E, result of hypothesis testing about research variables Work partially known in table indicate that variable The Working Environment has a t count of 9.787, with t table 2.013. So thitung 9,787> ttable 2.013, it shows that Work Environment has an effect on Work Achievement.
