Abstract

The purpose the reseach to determine how the influence of motivation on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Kota Baru Keritang District Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. The result of research about influence of influence of motivation to employee performance obtained by simple linear regression equation that is Y = 12,520 + 1,315X. Based on test coefficient of determination value R Square (R2) 0,519 or 0,895 this matter mean 89,5% motivation variable influence to performance. The rest of 1.05% influenced by other variables that are not synchronized in this research variables or influenced by other variables that are not carefully. Based on the partial test that the variable of motivation has t count equal to 26,369. Means there is influence between the variables of motivation on the performance of employees at UPT Puskesmas Kota Baru Keritang District. And simultaneous test there is value Fhitung motivation is equal to 695,318.
