Abstract

The purpose the reseach is to determine whether the work discipline affects the performance of employees of the Office of the Office of the Head of Gaung and for disciplinary enforcement conducted by the Head of Gaung to his staff and performance appraisal that has been achieved by employees of the Office of the Head of Gaung District. Data analysis using simple linear regression equation. The result of research about simple linear regression that is Y = 9,775 + 0,861 X + e. Based on the results of determination coefficient test obtained the relationship between the variables Discipline to Performance Rating of 0.724 which shows the relationship between the Discipline of Performance Assessment is quite strong. The value of R Square (R2) is equal to 0.724 this means 72.4% variable Discipline influenced by Performance Appraisal Dina Head Office Gaung Indragiri Hilir District. The rest of 27.6% influenced by other variables not examined In this study, such as variables Motivation, Salary and work environment.
