PENGARUH KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHA FRESYA JAYA LAUNDRY DI KELURAHAN TEMBILAHAN HULU KECAMATAN TEMBILAHAN HULU
Abstract
This research was conducted at Fresya Jaya Laundry in the Tembilahan Hulu Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, with the aim of determining the effect of customer satisfaction on business income. The research population consisted of 150 customers of Fresya Jaya Laundry in 2023. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula, resulting in 60 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R²) was 66.1%, meaning that the business income variable is influenced by the explanatory variable, customer satisfaction. The remaining 33.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the simple linear regression test, the equation obtained was Y = 3.058 + 0.704X + ε. Based on the t-test (partial test), the customer satisfaction variable (X) had a t-value of 10.631, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.002 (10.631 > 2.002). This indicates that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant partial effect on business income (Y).
