PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN APARATUR DESA KUALA PATAH PARANG KECAMATAN SUNGAI BATANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities on the quality of service of the Kuala Patah Parang Village Apparatus, Sungai Batang District. The sample in this study were 41 people / respondents. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression using the SPSS 2023 application. From the results of research on the effect of the influence of work facilities on the quality of service of the Kuala Patah Parang Village Apparatus, Sungai Batang Subdistrict, (1) a regression equation was obtained with a simple linear regression equation Y = 41,306 + 0.436 X. From the output above, it is known that the R Square value is 0.693. (2) From the output above, it is known that the R Square value is 0.693. This value means that there is an influence of Work Facilities (X) on the Quality of Apparatus Services (Y) is 69.0% while 31.0% of the Quality of Apparatus Services is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. (3) Because the t value of 18.240 is greater than> 2,022, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that "There is an Effect of Work Facilities on the Quality of Service of the Kuala Patah Parang Village Apparatus, Sungai Batang District".
