PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI UPT PUSKESMAS SUNGAI PIRING KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of work facilities on the performance of UPT Puskesmas Sungai Piring employees of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population of this study were Medical and Non-Medical Employees of UPT Puskesmas Sungai Piring as many as 83 people. The sampling technique uses the Saturated Sampling technique (census). Based on the research conducted, work facilities affect employee performance, so companies or agencies must pay attention to the facility needs of employees to achieve maximum performance.
