Abstract

Sembako Keluarga is a shop that offers a variety of basic necessities, Sembako Keluarga opened in 2020. At Sembako Keluarga, buyers are free to choose any groceries that they want to use as food or cooking ingredients. Interested people can come directly to the address next to Jalan Sungai Beringin, Jalan Stadion Lorong Kurnia Tembilahan. Toko Sembako Keluarga does not use any e-commerce system technology to support the marketing process. Sembako Keluarga sells directly in the store every day. Therefore, coming directly to the Sembako Keluarga store is often an obstacle for buyers who are far away. To overcome this problem, we developed an online shopping system for the Sembako Keluarga store. Through this online shopping system, Sembako Keluarga is expected to serve customers quickly and well and provide convenience and accuracy for managers and owners in conducting marketing and sales calculations.
