Abstract

In writing this thesis, the author takes the object of research on the Tofu Production UKM of Parit 10 Tembilahan Hulu which is one of the SMEs in Indragiri Hilir Regency which is located in Tembilahan Hulu District. And the author was chosen as the object of the thesis for the completion of the final project. Analysis of raw material inventory in SMEs producing tofu trench 10 Tembilahan Hulu as for the purpose of this study is to determine whether EOQ, Safety Stock and ROP can minimize production costs. Furthermore, data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and observations by making direct observations of the object under study.Based on the results of researchon SMEs producing tofu ditch 10 using the EOQ method in the supply of raw materials, the number of economic orders for soybean raw materials was obtained in 2016 (710kg), 2017 (817kg), 2018 (877kg), 2019 (727kg) and 2020 (783kg). And based on the calculation of the Safety Stock in 2016 SMEs Production of Tofu Parit 10 Tembilahan Hulu must have a safety stock of 60 kg, in 2017 it was 87 kg, in 2018 it was 114 kg, in 2019 it was 126 kg, and in 2020 it was 81 kg. Then the calculation of ROP in 2016 was 54 kg,in 2017 it was 60 kg, in 2018 it was 66 kg, in 2019 it was 60 kg, and in 2020 it was 57 kg
