PENGARUH KUALITAS DAN REFERENSI TERHADAP MINAT BELI T-SHIRT PADA DISTRO DI TEMBILAHAN (STUDI KASUS SISWA/SISWI DAN MAHASISWA/MAHASISWI INDRAGIRI HILIR)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of quality and reference on buying interest in t-shirts at distributions in Tembilahan (a case study of Indragiri Hilir students / students. The x variable tested in this study is quality and reference as independent variables while buying interest. as the dependent variable.
The population in this study were t-shirt consumers at distros who shop at Macro distros, Black Shop, and Bubuhan Shop in Tembilahan. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Sorting samples using the Bailey method where the number of samples is not known because the number of samples is not known, because the minimum number is 30 people and the maximum is as much as possible.
From the research results obtained multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 9.722 + 0.101 + 0.271. The value of the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.414, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables, namely the quality and reference to the dependent variable of buying interest is 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. After doing a partial test, it can be concluded that the quality and reference variables have a significant effect on buying interest in t-shirts at additional distributions with tcount> ttable, namely 2.930 and 4.746> 1.984, respectively. Then, the test simultaneously shows that fcount> ftabel is 34.284> 3.09 with a significant level of 5% indicating that quality and reference together have an effect on buying interest in t-shirts at the distribution in Tembilahan.
