Pengaruh Ketidakpastian Rantai Pasok dan Kepercayaan Institusional terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Aspal dengan Persepsi Risiko sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketidakpastian rantai pasok dan kepercayaan institusional terhadap keputusan pembelian aspal dengan persepsi risiko sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Aldira Trics Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 87 entitas bisnis pelanggan aktif. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 3.9.2. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh tujuh hipotesis diterima secara empiris (p < 0,05). Model menunjukkan R² keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,645 dan persepsi risiko sebesar 0,621 dengan GoF sebesar 0,723. Persepsi risiko berperan sebagai mediator parsial signifikan dalam hubungan antara ketidakpastian rantai pasok maupun kepercayaan institusional dengan keputusan pembelian. Implikasi manajerial mencakup penguatan transparansi informasi rantai pasok, diversifikasi pemasok terverifikasi, dan peningkatan kepercayaan pada lembaga sertifikasi untuk mendorong pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang optimal.
