ARGUMENTATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF GOD ACCORDING TO YUSUF AL-QARADHAWI

It is clearly recorded in the pages of history that the concept of divinity is something whose existence cannot be denied, even very real, more real than the real world. For Yusuf al-Qaradhawi, the existence of Allah is the first, greatest, and most prominent essence and truth. Awareness of the existence of Allah is shown by human nature and logically healthy reason. And awareness of the existence of Allah is guided by science, revelation, and history. Al-Qaradhawi further explained that even if there are people who proclaim atheism, it is only a small group. This group is a group that has fallen into the valley of lust and is controlled by low nature, meaning that people who reject the existence of the Creator of the universe and all its contents (atheists) are people who do not use reason at all as a means to achieve and feel the existence of God. When discussing the arguments for the existence of God, Al-Qaradhawi, as a thinker and expert on the Qur'an, based much of his thinking on the texts of the Qur'an as the main source. But he also put forward many things such as scientific facts, history, and even philosophy.

The Development Of Quranic Interpretation In The Islamic World Continues To Evolve Along With Social, Cultural, And Intellectual Changes. Muhammad Arkoun, A Contemporary Islamic Thinker, Has Introduced A Renewal In Quranic Interpretation That Emphasizes Critical Analysis Of Islamic Texts And Discourse. This Study Aims To Analyze The Contextual Approach Used By Muhammad Arkoun To Challenge Dogmatic Thinking In Quranic Interpretation. Using A Qualitative Descriptive Method, Data Is Integrated Through A Literature Review Of Arkoun's Works And Related Studies Discussing His Thoughts. The Research Findings Indicate That Arkoun Employs A Hermeneutical Approach, Particularly The Deconstruction Of Meaning, To Understand How Textual Meanings Develop Within Various Historical Contexts. His Method Of Interpretation Seeks To Distinguish Between The Quran As Divine Revelation And The Quran As A Text That Has Undergone Codification And Interpretation. Despite Facing Significant Challenges From Conservative Scholars, Arkoun's Approach Provides A Substantial Contribution To Modern Islamic Studies, Especially In Fostering A More Inclusive And Dynamic Understanding Of Islamic Texts.

The Problem of Terrorism in Islam

The problem of terrorism is a serious discussion that is still open in scientific forums. Terrorism begins with thoughts and readings and life experiences that are shaken socially and psychologically. Added to this, the unfair world order in diplomacy and policy has contributed to the growth of terror attitudes and terrorist movements. Islam condemns any attempt at terror. Because it is contrary to the principles of Islam which are peaceful and merciful. On that basis, it is important to carry out counter-terrorism and deradicalization as a form of resistance to the potential and actions of terror and radicalism.

Contemporary Ad-Dakhil in Ahkam Matters

The phenomenon of Al-dakhil in the determination of Islamic law (ahkam) is a crucial issue that threatens the purity and objectivity of sharia, especially amidst the strong flow of external influences in the contemporary era. Al-dakhil refers to the entry of external elements such as local culture, political pressure, economic interests, and the dominance of digital media into the legal istinbat process without a valid basis in sharia. This study is motivated by concerns about the emergence of Islamic legal products that are more influenced by public opinion, power, or popular narratives than authoritative ushuliyah methodology. Using a qualitative approach through the method of library study and descriptive-analytical analysis, this study examines classical and contemporary literature in the field of ushul fiqh to identify the types of al-dakhil and their impact on the authenticity of Islamic law. The results of the study show that al-dakhil can appear in the form of cultural interventions that are contrary to sharia, adjustments to law for political interests, to fatwas born from social media pressure without going through a valid istinbat process. This condition not only has the potential to damage the integrity of Islamic law. Therefore, it is important to apply a systematic ushuliyah approach, by integrating the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah and maslahah in filtering external influences. In conclusion, filtering al-dakhil is an essential scientific and methodological step to keep Islamic law authentic, valid, and able to answer the needs of the times in a relevant manner.

RECONSTRUCTION OF SEXUAL RIGHTS IN ISLAM BASED ON QUR'ANIC INTERPRETATION: A PARADIGM SHIFT FROM PATRIARCHY TO EGALITARIAN RELATIONS

This study explores sexual rights in Islam, which have long been dominated by patriarchal approaches rooted in classical fiqh (jurisprudence) and tafsir (Qur'anic exegesis). The research aims to compare classical and contemporary Qur'anic interpretations of sexual rights using qualitative analysis and thematic exegesis (tafsir maudhu'i). The findings reveal a paradigm shift from a wife's obligation-centered framework to a sexual relationship based on mutual respect and consent. The study highlights the development of a more inclusive and egalitarian understanding of sexual rights. Additionally, it identifies a research gap in the form of insufficient attention to spiritual and psychological aspects within Qur'anic exegesis discussions on sexual rights.
