Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The research design employed is a descriptive analysis method, with a population consisting of the entire financial data of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. for the period 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all population data is included. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. The analytical tool employed is financial ratio analysis. Based on the data analysis, the findings indicate that, in terms of liquidity, PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. is in an unhealthy condition. From the solvency perspective, the DER ratio shows that the company's debt exceeds its capital. However, based on the debt-to-asset ratio, the company is considered solvent, as the total assets are sufficient to cover its liabilities. Regarding profitability, the ROA ratio in 2019 reflects poor performance, but from 2020 to 2022, the performance falls into the good category. According to the ROE analysis, PT. The population of the study consists of Bank BNI's financial statements, utilizing a saturated sampling technique and quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The results indicate that PT Bank BNI Tbk's financial performance varies across aspects: in terms of Earning Ability, the ROA ratio shows an increase (very good), while the ROE ratio also improves (fairly good). Regarding Growth, both the DGR and LGR ratios indicate a satisfactory increase. However, in terms of Liquidity, the LDR ratio shows a decline (not good). In the Equity aspect, the CAR ratio increases (very good), while the Asset Quality aspect reveals a decline in the NPL ratio (good). Finally, the SRQ by Personalia ratio in Strategic Management also shows a decrease, which is deemed good. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with the sampling technique being Saturated Sampling (Census Sampling), involving 34 employees as the sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 4 software with a Likert Scale. Based on the hypothesis testing results, it is found that the t-statistic value of 9.679 is greater than the t-table value (1.96), and the P-value of 0.000 is less than alpha 0.05. This means that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction at Adira Finance Leasing in Tembilahan. FIF Group, Tembilahan Unit. The data used in this study includes both qualitative and quantitative data. The population and sample consist of the employees of PT. FIF Group, Tembilahan Unit, with a sample size of 63 individuals. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using quantitative analysis with a Likert scale and SPSS version 25. The data analysis techniques included instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, as well as Classical Assumption tests. Multiple linear regression with the determination coefficient, t-test, and f-test was employed for data analysis. The results show that the adjusted R Square (R²) value obtained is 0.602, indicating that 60.2% of the work motivation variable (Y) is influenced by the explanatory variables Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2), while the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The partial t-test proves that the Reward variable (X1) affects the work motivation (Y) of PT. FIF Group, Tembilahan Unit employees, and the Punishment variable (X2) also affects the work motivation (Y) of the employees. The research population consisted of 150 customers of Fresya Jaya Laundry in 2023. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula, resulting in 60 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R²) was 66.1%, meaning that the business income variable is influenced by the explanatory variable, customer satisfaction. The remaining 33.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the simple linear regression test, the equation obtained was Y = 3.058 + 0.704X + ε. Based on the t-test (partial test), the customer satisfaction variable (X) had a t-value of 10.631, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.002 (10.631 &gt; 2.002). From the results of research on the effect of the influence of work facilities on the quality of service of the Kuala Patah Parang Village Apparatus, Sungai Batang Subdistrict, (1) a regression equation was obtained with a simple linear regression equation Y = 41,306 + 0.436 X. From the output above, it is known that the R Square value is 0.693. (2) From the output above, it is known that the R Square value is 0.693. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the data analysis employed a quantitative analysis method using a Likert Scale and SPSS version 25. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the coefficient of determination test show an adjusted R² value of 0.939, indicating that 93.9% of the consumer satisfaction variable is influenced by five explanatory variables, namely Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), Emotional (X3), Price (X4), and Cost (X5). The remaining 6.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The results of the t-test or partial test prove that Product Quality (X1) affects Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Service Quality (X2) affects Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Emotional (X3) affects Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X4) affects Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Cost (X5) affects Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The sample in this research consists of the financial statement data of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, specifically the balance sheet and income statement for the period of 2020 to 2022. This study employs a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The types of data used are both quantitative and qualitative, while the data source utilized by the researcher is secondary data in the form of financial statements from the last five years. The data collection technique used is a&nbsp;documentation study. The variables in this study are Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets (X3), Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Debt (X4), and Sales to Total Assets (X5). Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis konten kampanye pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas <em>influencer</em> pria dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti penampilan fisik yang sehat, gaya hidup yang relevan, dan komunikasi yang autentik. <em>Audiens</em> perempuan menerima <em>influencer</em> pria yang menampilkan rutinitas perawatan diri tanpa kehilangan citra maskulinitas mereka. Motivasi hedonis menjadi pendorong utama dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian, di mana <em>audiens</em> tertarik pada pengalaman emosional yang dijanjikan oleh produk, seperti peningkatan rasa percaya diri. Komunikasi interaktif, seperti sesi "tanya jawab" dan tanggapan terhadap komentar, meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional dan memperkuat kepercayaan terhadap <em>influencer</em>.
