PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK PADA ORGANISASI BEM FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM INDRAGIRI
Abstract
The communication process is how the communicator conveys a message to the communicant, so as to create a similar meaning between the communicant and the communicator. The purpose of communication is to create effective communication. In the BEM organization of the Faculty of Economics, Indragiri Islamic University, the existing communication system in the organization is through online media, such as communication between members and chairmen in every event that is carried out as well as any new projects, which are carried out to spread communication through the media. The organization is used as a place or place to gather, work together to achieve goals. Similarly, student organizations are a vehicle and means for students to learn, gather, and develop their leadership potential. With good communication and good leadership can resolve the conflicts that exist in the BEM organization of the Faculty of Economics, Indragiri Islamic University.
