The purpose of the reseach to determine what factors that cause or affect the not optimal work productivity of employees of PT. Pualu Sambu Kuala Enok for the past few years. Data analysis using Simple linear regression equation. From the results of the study concluded that the partial compensation is the most influential variable to the not optimal productivity of employee work PT. Sambu Kuala Enok Island, with a significant value of 0.010, training variables are variables that affect the productivity of employees, with a significant value of 0.014 and supervisory variables are variables affecting the productivity of employees of PT. Sambu Island Kuala Enok, with a significant value of 0.011. The result of regression analysis shows that the value of adjusted R2 is 0.772, and this means that 77.2% employee work productivity variables are influenced by four explanatory variables namely compensation, training and supervision factor. While the remaining 22.8% influenced by other variables that are not included in this research variable.
