PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU PADA SMAN 1 TEMBILAHAN KOTA
Abstract
The purpose of the research to determine the effect of work environment on teacher work performance at SMAN 1 Tembilahan. The samples is the total of the population of 60 people. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The result of research obtained by equation of linear regression with simple linear regression Y = 28,912 + 0,714X + E. Based on result of coefficient determination test (R2) in yield 0,761 this matter mean 76,1% work environment variable influenced by explanatory variable that is work performance. The remaining 23.9% is influenced by other unequaled variables in this research variable. Based on the results of tests conducted with t test (partial), the value of t arithmetic is 10.408 and t table 2.030. Sig value is smaller than probability value 0,05, or value 0.000 <0,05, hence there is partial influence to teacher work performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan. Based on the results of calculations on the simultaneous test obtained the value of F arithmetic amounted to 108.323 and F table this means the work environment variables together affect the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan
