ANALISIS PENDIDIKAN DAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA SDN 023 TEMBILAHAN KOTA

Abstract

The purpose of the research to find out how the education and competence of teachers to increase productivity of work on SDN 023 Tembilahan. Data analysis using multiple linear regression equations. Based on the results of the calculation obtained the following equation Y = 6.124 0, 496X1 0, 353X2.The result value of the R Square 0.548 or 54.8%. Thus it can be said that the magnitude of the influence of variables and variable competence education was 54.8%. Based on a partial test of t obtained variable value t calculate the education of 3.462 bigger with a table t of 2.040 then there is partially influence against work productivity on SDN 023 Tembilahan city.And a partial test of t obtained variable value competence t count of 3.061 bigger with a table t of 2.040 then there is partially influence against work productivity on SDN 023 Tembilahan city.While in simultaneous test known the value of count 18.169 F F table of 3.32 and the value significance of 0.000 variable can be said the education and competence of influential variables simultaneously against work productivity on SDN 023 Tembilahan City.
